Andy McNeil specializes in residential home sales primarily in the historic neighborhoods of Salt Lake. Over the last thirty years, Andy has sold more real estate in Emigration Canyon than any other REALTOR® in the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®.

Andy works specifically in promoting, consulting, locating and negotiating the sale of east bench homes and building lots in the Avenues & Capitol Hill, Downtown, Emigration Canyon, Foothill & Oak Hills, Holladay & Cottonwood Canyons, Liberty Park & 9th and 9th, Millcreek & Olympus Cove, Sugarhouse & Harvard/Yale, and Summit County. The majority of Andy’s sales experience has been with the sale of historic, canyon, and luxury homes.

Moving rapidly over water, snow and man-made surfaces; camping and observing wildlife with his family; digging holes and planting things, visiting with friends and family.
