Holladay, Olympus Cove, & Millcreek

Many Salt Lakers triangulate their home life between work, schools, and recreation, striving to balance the three smoothly without being too far from any one activity or location. Holladay, Olympus Cove, and Millcreek on the East Bench of Salt Lake accomplish this package nicely.

With ready access to parks and shopping, neighborhood schools, and the freeway, living in this neighborhood gives residents the advantages of being anywhere they want to be -- including the Cottonwood Canyons, Park City, the University, the airport, and downtown -- in about 15-20 minutes. The central-valley neighborhoods benefit from large signature cottonwood trees watered by Millcreek and Big and Little Cottonwood Creeks. It's not unusual to find large, flat lots with mature trees with views of the top of Mount Olympus or over the Salt Lake Valley.
